The PC problem was solved on site. I am satisfied with that.
1. The journey for about 12 minutes was previously given by telephone with 10 €. However, € 17.85 was billed. The net price was previously mentioned instead of the gross price and an additional € 5 net too little.
2. In the case of the working hour (€ 60), only the net price was mentioned, without indicating that this was the net instead of the gross price.
So the bill is 28% higher than I expected.
Everything ok, please point out something like that next time.
